Terms and Conditions for Student Enrollment
Deposit and Securing Enrollment
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure a spot in the class. This deposit is part of the total course fee and will be deducted from the final payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Instructor Cancellations: If the course is cancelled by the instructor for any reason, a full refund of all payments, including the deposit, will be processed.ย
- Student Cancellations:
- If a student cancels their enrollment three weeks or more prior to the course start date, a full refund of all payments, including the deposit, will be processed.ย
- If a student cancels their enrollment within three weeks but more than one week prior to theย course start date, they will receive a refund of half the deposit ($250) plus any additional amount paid.
- If aย student withdraws from the courseย within one week priorย to the course start date, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for the deposit or any additional amounts paid.
Full Payment Requirements
- Theย remaining balance of the course fee must be paid in full or payment plan must be set up one week prior to the commencement of the course. Failure to process/set up payment methods before the course start date may result in the loss of the secured spot and forfeiture of the deposit.
Course Completion and Certification
- Studentsย are required to pass all course assessments and complete the full curriculum to receive certification.
- Failureย to meet the course requirements or pass the assessments will result in not receiving certification, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
Attendance
- ย Studentsย must attend all scheduled classes and participate in all practical and theoretical sessions to qualify for certification. Missed classes without prior approval may impact the ability to complete the course successfully.
Materials and Equipment
- Allย necessary materials and equipment for the course will be provided. Students are responsible for the care and return of any borrowed equipment.
Code of Conduct
- Students areย expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude throughout the course. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
- Professionalism: Students are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times during the course. This includes being punctual, prepared, and actively participating in both theoretical and practical sessions
- Respect: Students must show respect to instructors, fellow students, and any models or clients involved in the training. Disrespectful language, disruptive behavior, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.

Cleanliness: Students are required to follow all hygiene and sanitation guidelines as instructed. This includes maintaining personal cleanliness and properly sanitising tools and equipment before and after use.
- Examples of Inappropriate Behavior:
- Disrespect:ย Using offensive language, making inappropriate jokes, or belittling others.
- Harassment:ย Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, or any other characteristic.
- Neglecting Hygiene:ย Failing to adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols, such as not washing hands or properly cleaning tools.
- Dishonesty:ย Copying another studentโs work, using unauthorized aids during assessments, or providing false information.
- Lack of Participation:ย Refusing to participate in class activities, not paying attention, or frequently arriving late or leaving early without a valid reason.
By adhering to these standards, we ensure a positive and productive learning environment for everyone. Any violations of the code of conduct may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
Health and Safetyย
- Studentsย must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided during the course. This includes proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
